We encourage original, high-quality, and user-focused content, which reflects the expertise and unique perspectives of our creators. While we support freedom of expression, there are certain types of content that are not allowed on Cooee. We also provide gentle advice on how to enhance the value of your content to stand out in today’s crowded digital landscape.
Prohibited Content
Cooee prohibits certain types of content to maintain the safety, inclusivity, and integrity of the platform. Creators who violate these guidelines may have their payments withheld, their content removed, or their accounts terminated.
- Illegal Content
Content that is illegal or encourages illegal activities is strictly prohibited on Cooee.
- Harmful and Dangerous Content
Cooee does not allow content that promotes, glorifies, or encourages harmful behaviour or actions that could endanger physical or mental health.
- Discrimination
We are committed to fostering a respectful environment and do not allow content that promotes discrimination, violence, or hostility based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other personal characteristics.
- Pornography
Sexually explicit content intended to arouse is not permitted on Cooee. Educational content on sex, relationships, or art history is acceptable, provided it clearly takes steps to remain modest, includes content warnings, and serves an informative purpose.
5. Deceptive Content
Creators must be transparent and honest, and content that deceives or misleads students into enrolling is prohibited. This includes making exaggerated claims about course outcomes, using misleading headlines or clickbait.
- Pyramid Schemes
Cooee prohibits content promoting fraudulent business models like pyramid schemes.
- Misinformation
Content that spreads verifiably false information with the intent to mislead or manipulate is prohibited.
- Unrealistic Promises
Setting unrealistic expectations, such as promises of wealth or instant success, is prohibited. This includes examples like surefire get-rich-quick schemes or miracle cures for diseases.
- Content Targeted at Children
Cooee is not intended for children under 13 years old. Content explicitly aimed at children, or intended to directly address children, is not permitted.
Enforcement
Cooee reserves the right to review any reported content and take appropriate action to maintain the platform’s integrity. This may include content removal, account suspension, or withholding payments. Our guidelines may evolve over time to reflect the needs of the community and emerging trends.

Product Access and Delivery Expectations
Students who purchase a product on Cooee have specific rights regarding access and usage.
- Access to Digital Products: Cooee guarantees access to purchased products for at least 12 months. After this period, students will retain access as long as they remain active users. However, if a channel shows no activity from its admins and no product usage from students for 12 months, the channel will be removed from our database to ensure the platform remains up to date.
Downloading Resources: For resources such as downloadable files (e.g., PDFs, eBooks, templates), students have the right to download and store them on their own devices for personal use indefinitely if purchased outright. This does not apply to products accessed through memberships or subscriptions, unless otherwise permitted by the channel admin. Redistribution, sharing, or any use intended for piracy or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited. Cooee prohibits the unlawful sharing of any purchased material without the creator’s consent.
